Guiding Teens Toward Strength and Self-Discovery
Helping teens and young adults create balance and thrive
Hi there, I’m Colleen….
Whether teaching yoga, English, prevention education, or business, I have always been a teacher or coach. My most rewarding work was with middle, high school, and university students in the public and private Baltimore, Maryland schools.
As a prevention educator for eight years, my classes included substance abuse, anti-bullying, stress reduction, eating disorders, media literacy, and internet safety, among others.
I found that I connected deeply with students and was able to help them gain perspective and navigate their ever-changing world. When creating curricula, I sought training from experts in the field, including Rosalind Wiseman, Sheppard Pratt, Johns Hopkins, and the FBI (Innocent Images), among others.
As a mother of two young adults, a Recovery Coach Professional, and a trained life coach, I am uniquely positioned to help our youth bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
